  • A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, acquiring customers, and increasing sales. Their tasks include lead generation, customer acquisition, presenting products or services, negotiating, creating sales proposals, and maintaining customer relationships. A Sales Executive aims to achieve sales targets and drive business growth by successfully selling products or services.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements to present appropriate solutions.
    • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
    • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory.
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tech environment.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
    • Proficiency in German is required; additional languages are a plus.
