Senior Data Scientist (f/m/x)

The Senior Data Scientist uses their expertise in data analysis and machine learning to gain valuable insights from complex data sets and generate actionable recommendations. They play a central role in data-driven decision-making within a company.

Your Responsibilities

• Advanced data analysis: Performing in-depth data analysis and applying statistical methods to gain valuable insights from complex data sets.
• Machine learning models: Development and use of machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Predictive analysis: Creation of predictive models to support decision-making and improve business strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with different teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions to achieve business goals.
• Mentoring: Guidance and mentoring of Junior Data Scientists, supporting their growth and development within the team.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Experience: At least 5 years experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a managerial role.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and data analysis tools. Proven knowledge in the areas of machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
