Your responsibilities

  • You will handle secretarial/assistance tasks to support an organizational unit and/or manager.
  • In addition, you take over clerical tasks in the respective department.
  • You coordinate the cooperation with internal and external departments.
  • You will perform office management and organizational tasks, such as making travel and scheduling arrangements, pre-filtering information, etc.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out more extensive department-specific administrative tasks according to general, keyword-based specifications, such as maintaining the intranet, creating presentations, preparing comprehensive data, and compiling statistics.
  • You organize meetings, and presentations, take part in these and their preparation and follow-up include your area of responsibility
  • Filing and digitalization of documents is a matter of course
  • In addition, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and organizational matters in day-to-day business, from correspondence to travel expense accounting.

Your profile

  • You have extended expertise in the operational area of tasks as well as experience knowledge required to complete the tasks.
  • Self-management within the framework of clear guidelines is a matter of course for you.
  • Self-management within the scope of a given task area. This requires prioritizing your own tasks to be completed as well as work assignments with defined objectives.
  • You have the needs of customers in mind and can take proactive measures to meet internal and external requirements
  • You can act in a self-motivated manner to achieve challenging goals
  • You are always willing and open to learn new things and apply them in your daily work
  • You can handle imponderables and conflicts with confidence
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Experience in Office 365, Personio, Datev, SAP Ariba
